QOLi Physiotherapy services are not funded by the Ministry of Health (OHIP).
Fees for services are as follows:
| Intial Physiotherapy Assessment | $ 160.00 |
| Comprehensive Physiotherapy Treatment | $ 80.00 |
| Virtual Physiotherapy Treatment (per 1/2 hour) | $ 80.00 |
| Taping or Modalities | $ 40.00 |
You may have coverage for all or part of your fee under one of the following:
Extended Health Insurance Benefits Plan
Student Insurance Plan
Employee Health Program
Sports Association Insurance Plan (as player, coach, official)
Health Care Spending Account (HSA)
Payment is required at each visit. Visa, cash, e-transfer or cheque are accepted.
Please note: we are not able to bill for injuries due to Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) or supported by the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB)
Additional Information:
Bring shorts, tank top or t-shirt, and running shoes to each appointment
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
If you are unable to keep this appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance so the time can be used by another patient. A fee of $25.00 may be charged for missed appointments
